Welcome to the PIDDDS Website ! ... 
PIDDDS is your Personal Integrated Dynamics, Diet and Determination Solutions.
A combination of body posture and movement, Physiological health and mental health. It helps to correct symptoms from the source, the origin.
Dynamics: if your bones are connected your bone marrow makes blood cells and blood cells makes blood volume. When our blood volume is right we have a good circulation and a good circulation helps us to become strong, vital and energetic. Everything in our body is depending on circulation: our organs, skin, intestines, skeleton, heart and brain, to just mention a few.
 
Our body is like a computer- as we move on in life, there will be empty files available to be programmed for new developments and growth and, as with computers, we need to learn how to use these new programs. The most advanced computer needs the right programs, to produce the quality for which it was designed. If a computer is not working well, we check the programs and look for viruses. However, often the real problem in a computer not working efficiently is the electricity supply. How often does the help-line operator tell you, when the fault cannot be detected or solved ‘turn it off and turn it on again'. We can create the most complex computer – operated robots but if there is no electricity, there will be no action. In humans, translate electricity into energy.
The spinal column is our energy source of all our bodily functions, it is placed on the sacrum- that triangular bit at the base of the spine. If the sacrum is displaced, then the vertebrae will also be displaced.
If you compare the spine with a high raise multistory building, placed on a landslide, all floors in the building will move out of position. We can then fix the building, but if we don’t correct the landslide, the building will keep on collapsing. Each vertebra has its own function and will create its own problem and cause a chain reaction if it is even slightly out of position, just like a loose connection in your computer.
 
If you break your spine, there where it is broken the area will be paralyzed. Take for example, the lower back vertebrae L3, if this vertebra is dispositional it can cause: problems during pregnancy or menstruation, bladder difficulties with urinating, impotence, pain in the knees and cramp in the lower calves, to name just a few.
All these symptoms will be accompanied by lower back pain. We could treat the menstruation problems with hormones, we could operate on the knees, or give injections against the pain. But in fact, all these symptoms can actually be caused by the problems in the lower back and all we need to do is simply realign the vertebrae and our body will restore the circulation. All the organs involved will receive proper stimulation and the energy they need to function properly and the symptoms will disappear.
Lets take another example: if chest vertebra Th 7 is dispositional, the physical result can be hiccups, stomach complaints and even duodenal ulcers. The Psychological effects include addictions eating and drinking disorders, amongst others.
The Neck vertebra C 7 can result into problems with the thyroid or feeling depressed, (See "Symptoms" Tab: Spinal Charts).

The way you are connected creates body chemicals, what we eat create chemicals, the two combined creates your bodily functions and moods.
We often hear that symptoms are caused by ‘wear and tear. Dieter Dorn, founder of the Dorn Method however stated that there is no 'wear and tear’ instead, there is misalignment. Being trained as a Dorn Method practitioner, to correct the spine in a non-manipulative way as a true self-help action.
 
I started to see the connections between the position of the spine, the food we eat and the way we feel and react. Going further back into history, I found that the Aztecs the old
pre-historic Indians gave our tailbone the name 'Sacrum,' which literally means holy bone! The totem poless they made, their jewellery was all designed and inspired by the hipbones, joints and the spine. Already in that time the Aztecs knew that the spine and the position of the connections to the body were of great importance for our health and strength. Their babies were swatted into cloth after birth to keep their sacrum and spine supported. If we make sure that our spine is connected, there will be no ‘wear and tear’. Thinking about it, why is it that we can move up and down, run, jump, get our diaphragm to breath, our mouth and tongue to eat and talk etc. millions of times, even into very old age? The correct diet and life-style, body position, breathing techniques and exercises keep the body fit, mobile and pain-free.
